5-7pm tonight we tap Upright Brewing’s Kopstootje a beer designed to be paired with Dutch spirit Bols Genever in a traditional pairing. Upright’s beer is brewed in the Biere de Garde style with a lager yeast fermented at warmer temperatures and has added herbs and spices similar to that of Bols Genever Join us and Bols Ambassador Jacob Grier for a guided pairing in this rare opportunity tonight from 5-7pm. 
Our weekly free tastings in the bottleshop continue with Winderlea Wines on Wednesday April 13th from 6-8pm. Free samples and bottle sales.
On Tuesday April 12th Brewer Sam Canning of Portland’s own Bridgeport Brewing will be here at 6pm to tap a firkin on their popular Hop Czar – Imperial IPA also we will be pouring Bridgeport’s Blue Heron Pale, Old Knucklehead Barleywine and Highland Ambush barrel-aged Scotch ale.
On Saturday April 9th from 4-8pm we are pleased to present the release party for Trust Cellars new vintage 2010 of their popular Rosé made from 100% Cabernet Franc. Come meet winemaker Steve Brooks and try the Rosé as well as the latest release of their Riesling! Come taste some Southern Oregon fruit this Wednesday in the Bottleshop. Cameron from Bacchus Fine wines will be pouring Quady North wines from 6-8pm.
Join us for a tasting of Lumos Wines specializing in Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir from Mcminnville, OR in the bottleshop on Wednesday March 23rd from 6-8pm.
Come taste some of America’s finest ales by the multiple award winning prestigious Firestone Walker Brewing from Pasa Robles, CA. Representatives will be on hand from 6-8pm to guide you through their incredible lineup of beers. Bottles will be available for sale.
On Wednesday March 30th our weekly tasting series in the new Bottleshop continues with Winderlea Wines from 6-8pm. Winderlea® is a luxury boutique winery specializing in the limited production of Pinot noir from Oregon. Winderlea® was founded in 2005 by Donna Morris and Bill Sweat as an outgrowth of our passion for great Pinot noir.
From 6-8pm on Wednesday March 9th Join representatives from Pacific City, OR’s award winning Pelican Pub & Brewery for a free sampling of their ales including the recently released Riptide Red. Bottles will be available for sale
This Tuesday 3/8 at 7pm we’ll be tapping the newest Full Sail Brewmaster’s Reserve Hop Pursuit & Black Gold. John Harris & the Full Sail crew will be here doing a little trivia & throwing out some swag. |
