Let's combine concepts, shall we? This is one of my favorite summer sippers, a blend of tart and funky lambic with tart & funky Kombucha. The resulting beer is low in alcohol (3.5%), but high in flavor with a unique balance of acid and earthy tannin. One-of-a-kind!
